CIM Engineer

Job Summary:

• Responsible for development, testing, and proliferation of CIM related projects
• Coordinate with cross-functionally to execute and implement the new projects
• Improve the manufacturing performance including shop floor operation optimization
• Recommends a solution for issues related to Automation in Factory Integration and coordinates with the Application Owner for improvement
• Coordination with clients and team members to develop solutions to improve productivity and quality
• Develops, maintains, or enhances standard, enterprise, or local applications
• Plan, design, develop, test, coordinate, implement, maintain, and enhance applications and technical solutions following defined quality and process guidelines
• Plans, manage and controls projects to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery
• Maintain application release and support production line disturbance
• Involves in set-up, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting to achieve minimal downtime
• Handle issues of new factory Integration Application release
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
• Comfortable with multi-tasks and timeline
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures are cost-effective and meets user requirements

Equipment Engineer

Job Summary:

• Plan and execute equipment capability, control, monitoring and improvement
• Prepare and control proper equipment documents and documentation system
• Plan and improve equipment output yield and quality
• Support process productivity and efficiency improvement activities
• Plan and do effective product and process analysis
• Plan and do effective equipment and process training
• Plan and monitor the equipment PM effectiveness
• Involvement in cost savings project

Qualifications:

• Hands-on knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as dicing, die-attach, clip bond, encapsulate, trim & form, mark, and test processes.
• Experience in Assembly and Test at semiconductor packaging.
• Knowledge of QFN package/Flip chip assembly is desirable
• Experience in bringing a product from Low Volume to High Volume production.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present ideas, concepts, data, and plans with high confidence at team meetings and executive review meetings.
• Able to perform independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Degree or master in either mechanical, electronics, manufacturing engineering, materials engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Minimal of 2 years of semiconductor manufacturing
